When will I get my refund?
Duration of the refund
As soon as the goods receipt has been registered and checked, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation.
Invoice
If you have already paid, the purchase amount will be transferred back to you within 14 days.
Instalment purchase
Have you returned the entire order? Then you will get back the purchase amount minus the accrued interest for the first instalment within 14 days.
Did you return part of your order? In this case, you will receive an updated instalment plan from us. Previous payments will be taken into account.
